Loans are available for primary residences only and are subject to Credit Union loan policies. 5-Year ARM rate is fixed for 5 years, then converts to an adjustable rate subject to change by a maximum of 2.00% at the first rate change and a maximum of 2.00% annually thereafter. Lifetime cap is 6.00% over the start rate. A $400,000 loan will have a monthly payment of $1,659.57 for the first 60 months, and then the rate and payment are subject to change.
